Withdrawal right:
According to art. 64 of Italian Customer Code (D.Legs. 6 September 2005 no. 206), a customer is entitled to withdraw without any penalty and obligation to specify the reason. 
The customer may exercise the right to withdrawal by communicating his.her intention via e-mail at customer@waterpowered.eu, or by calling +39 81 5592589, or sending a registered letter with return receipt to CSP srl, Via delle Repubbliche Marinare 124/8, 80147 Napoli, Italy, and returning at his/her own expenses the unwanted products within 10 days from receiving them. 
Goods will have to be returned, intact and in one solution, by express or ordinary mail at customer’s own expense to: CSP srl, Via delle Repubbliche Marinare 124/8, 80147 Napoli, Italy. 
Once received, the goods are verified their integrity, and a refund will be carried out within 30 days through bank transfer. 
The return notification must include the customer’s bank details in order to receive the refund.  Any shipping costs will not be refunded.  

 

Orders:

Orders can be made online by filling the form in the Shop section, or calling at the free telephone number 800 577 477 (only for Italy) or by sending an email to customer@waterpowered.eu
In the order e-mail you must include: 
- Name(s) of the product(s) that you intend to buy
- Name, surname, deliver address, email address, phone number, tax code, chosen payment type (please note: without these details it won’t be possible to send goods).

The order can be made using the Shop Online section by registering to keep your data to future orders, special offers and promotions, or as a guest, without registering personal data. 

Within a few hours after the order, a confirmation e-mail will be sent that includes a list of products chosen, the total amount and, in case of bank transfer, data for payment.
If you don’t receive an email confirmation, please repeat the procedure paying special attention to entering the right email address.

It is the customer’s responsibility, before confirming the order, to read and understand the transportation costs outlined on the dedicated page on our website.

It is expressly forbidden to give false data and/or use another person's identity. The name given by the user must be real and all the data must be true and updated. The user is the only one responsible for the authenticity of the data and, if those are not true or accurate, he/she is responsible for the risks that may occur from the malfunctioning of the services. It is expressly forbidden to make more than one registration and/or use another person's identity. The Company CSP srl reserves the right to prosecute any violation or abuse for the protection of ordinary consumers.

For order coming from Italy there are no minimum order. For order coming out of Italy the minimum order is € 19.80, excluding shipping costs.

Prices:
Prices indicated for each item are always 21% VAT included. Shipping costs will be calculated before confirming the order.

Prices  may vary depending on the item  and destination. To make sure you are visualizing the correct prices, please ensure that the target area on the lower right corner of the screen is correct.

 

Payment :
The possible methods of payment are: 


PayPal: at the email address paypal@myperfectcolon.com. If you choose this payment method during the order process you will be directed automatically to the site PayPal to make the payment.

To make the payment with this system, you must have your own PayPal account or a credit card. The crediting of the payment is immediate. For further information visit www.paypal.com.

Bank transfer – only for payments from Countries members of European Union. It is possible by cash advances at any bank branch or on line. All details for payment will be indicated in the order confirmation e-mail.  

Payment receipt times may vary depending on the conditions applied to the customer by his/her own bank, usually from 1 to 3 business days. We recommend to communicate the order number with the payment.

Shipments to Italy:

For orders between 0 - 25,00€ euros (shipping costs not included) shipping costs are 6,90€ (VAT included).

For orders between 25,00€ - 49,00€ euros (shipping costs not included) shipping costs are 4,90€ (VAT included).  

For orders between 49,00 - 65,00€ euros (shipping costs not included) shipping costs are 2,00€ (VAT included).

For orders over 65,00€ euros (shipping costs not included) shipping is free.

Shipments will arrive within 3 business days once payment is received (payment receipt times can usually change depending on the conditions applied to the customers by their own bank, usually from 1 to 3 days).

Products are shipped to customer through express courier within 2-3 working days. If the destination is not served by express courier, the products will be shipped by air postal service and delivery can usually range form 1 to 3 weeks from shipment date.

If the customer discovers a fault of type box open or visibly damaged, they can refuse the delivery stating the reason. The customer must then contact CSP srl describing the reason for the rejection.

If packaging is damaged and the customer accepts it, CSP srl can’t be held liable for any damages or later complaints.

 

Shipments within Western European Union (excepted Italy)

For orders between 0 - 25,00€ euros (shipping costs not included) shipping costs are 7,80€ (VAT included). 

For orders between 25,00€- 49,00€ euros (shipping costs not included) shipping costs are 4,90€ (VAT included).

Shipments: general information

You can contact us sending an email to customer@waterpowered.eu to receive information about the progress of the order and the shipping.

Delivery times are indicative and are subject to change in case of missing product(s) or for reasons dependent on the carrier used. No compensation may be claimed from CSP srl for damage caused by delay, interruption, total or partial suspension of deliveries. This also applies to the cases of delays, interruptions or suspensions due to causes that can affect the process of procurement and distribution like work interruptions, labor unrest, delays caused by suppliers, energy deficiencies, suspension transport, etc..

Products are shipped to the customer with free packaging.

In case of specific times or days of the week requested for delivery, these must be specified during the ordering process.

When the carrier delivers the goods, the customer is required to check that the packaging is intact and not damaged.

Any damage must be immediately reported to the carrier. Once signed the slip, the customer can not make any claim about the appearance of the goods.

Any issues concerning the physical integrity, accuracy or completeness of the order received must be reported within 7 days of delivery as detailed in this document.

In case of non-collection within 5 working days of the material in storage at the warehouses of the courier because of repeated inability to deliver to the address specified by the Customer, the order will be automatically canceled.

 

Invoicing:

Invoices will be sent only if requested from customers during the order. To receive an invoice, it is necessary to insert in the form the data of the customer to invoice.

If the invoice is not required during the order or immediately after it, it cannot be guaranteed.

 

Confidentiality Agreement:

Personal data required in the ordering process are needed in order to process your order and to successfully ship the goods.

Provided details will be kept strictly confidential and they will not be disclosed to third parties or to other companies.

CSP srl can use the email indicated in the order to send discount coupons, promotions, presentations of new products or satisfaction surveys. You can still request to delete your personal data by sending an email to customer@waterpowered.eu.
